And this is my Story
A Commerce student turned UX professional with a Masters Degree in Human-Computer Interaction.
Driven by a passion for design and problem-solving after acquiring my bachelors, I transitioned from commerce to a career in UX design. Over the past three years, I’ve worked with various clients & companies, from B2C SaaS startups to B2B fintech organizations. I’ve developed comprehensive design systems & solutions and collaborated with talented designers and engineers, mastering a full spectrum of UX tasks—from research to final design handovers.
My journey began during the pandemic when I started graphic design as a side gig while in college. This exploration led me to discover UX design, and I quickly fell in love with creative problem-solving and crafting meaningful user experiences. After working as a UX Designer for two years, I realized the need to upskill and deepen my knowledge. That’s when I discovered the HCI program at DePaul University, which brought me to Chicago to further my expertise.
Currently living in Chicago, I continue to apply my skills as a UX Product Designer. Having grown up in Jeddah, KSA, and worked in Hyderabad, India, I’ve embraced adaptability as my superpower. My experiences across diverse cultures and languages enrich my design approach, enabling me to create innovative, inclusive solutions. I value the iterative design process, refining my work based on user feedback and business goals to develop empowering, accessible products.
